What We Can Do
TranscriptsNow can transcribe any length of recording
within an extremely short time frame. Recordings up to 1 hour
can be returned within 5 hours (when uploaded between 6 am and
4 pm edt, M-F, otherwise you'll get it first thing, the morning
of the next business day). If you need a transcript back sooner
or over the weekend, let us know, and we'll try to accomodate
at no extra cost. A transcript of up to 12 hours of recording
can be delivered back within 24 hours. Transcripts of larger
recordings can be delivered back within 48 hours.
Types of Transcripts
Basically any. Types include meetings, conference presentations,
medical notes, academic transcripts, legal notes, conventions.
We adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality.
Subjects
TranscriptsNow specializes in medical and scientific transcribing
for the pharmaceutical, CME, and related industries, but the transcribers
we have on hand have a range of expertise, including business, law (including
patent law), biotechnology, and financial. We will always try to assign
a transcriber with expertise in your subject area. The people who QA the
transcripts are also assigned based on expertise in the subject area.
Pricing
You'll never have to worry about how much your transcript is going to
cost because we give you the cost before we start transcribing. The cost
of your transcript will be based primarily on length of the recording.
The basic rate is $20 for every 6 minutes of recording. If the quality
of the audio is poor (either sound quality or strong foreign accents),
the rate is $24 for every 6 minutes of recording. See our Pricing/FAQ

In rare cases, if the audio is not of sufficient quality to understand most of the words, then we may need to decline the opportunity, but we will let you know shortly after you have sent the recording. You will receive a price for the job within minutes of sending the recording (between 8am to 6pm edt). Once we have received payment, we will start work.
